HeyPeers Certified 1:1 Peer Coaching is a way for you to work more intensively on self-management and achieving personal improvement goals, while dealing with life’s challenges. There will be no other participants—just you and your coach. This is a great way to get help in creating a personal plan, discussing an important issue in-depth, identifying useful resources, etc. Your peer coach will come alongside you, listen carefully, share from their personal journey and encourage you. Your coach will help you to better understand what your issues are and help you deal with them in a manner that is suited to your particular needs. He or she will also help you to implement your plan and stick with it!
