WHAM focuses on creating an action plan for healthy habit(s) or lifestyle. Your camera is required to be on during the session. Please make sure to be on time for your scheduled session. (Services are provided for ages 21+) Due to the nature of my schedule, a session has to be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
