About the host
I am an outgoing person who is a certified mental health peer specialist in Texas. I have also trained in group facilitation, trauma care, and recovery planning.

Motivation for help
Being a peer is one of the most valuable and wonderful things I have ever done. I don't want to be anything else. I learn so much from those that I serve and get to share the journey with them to the road of recovery. I know that the road is not easy, even today I have hard times, but I know that you can still want life now in those hard times. I always tell people look at an EKG, you don't want it flatlining but peaks and lows. That is how you know you are living and life is that way, you have high days and low days. So now the question is, how will you let me help you?
