Good morning : ) Would you like to join me in creating a weekday morning meditation habit? Guided meditations are resourced from the internet and meditation apps. Do you have any guided meditations you would like to recommend? You can share them in the group. We’ll start small with 2-5 minute guidance then move up to an 8-10+ minute long meditation. Camera, audio, or awareness isn't a requirement, yet they do help. ; ) *Now four days a week*

Motivation for help
I'm motivated to help because peer support has consistently pulled me back onto my recovery path. Peer support keeps me inspired to keep pushing forward. Recovery is Real!
