Summering with Peers at Our Tea House Under the Stars

We welcome you to this summering space to connect with peers seeking recovery from addictions, mental health, and/or dual-diagnoses or co-occurring challenges. Tea has a rich history of tradition and newly (re)discovered benefits. Kristin has interesting stories to share about her lived experience with tea, its origins, tips about preparation, techniques to add spice or flavors to your liking. There are extra dimensions when it comes to choosing and preparing the space, serving tea, and practicing mindfulness. Tea may be a useful tool for some to change certain patterns around addictions.
