About Meg Ryals

Biography

I have been providing peer support to perinatal people for seven years. I'm certified by Group Peer Support (GPS). My goal is to decrease the stigma of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, decrease the isolation new parents feel, and provide important education and awareness about mood challenges during the perinatal period. Pregnant and postpartum people need spaces in which they can share their experiences and emotions without judgement.
