My Recovery Story

I was diagnosed as an adult 5 years ago with neurodiversity after many more years managing anxiety and depression. I used to ask myself why... When I finally receive the right diagnosis, a light turned on, and I've been able to better manage my wellness and understand myself. It's ups and downs but always moving forward.

My Motivation To Help

I am passionate about supporting others in their wellness journey because no one should have to face it alone. There have been times throughout my life where I've experienced stigma, especially around work. Learning how to advocate for myself has been tough but worth it. I hope to empower and stand with peers to self-advocate for their needs , especially regarding treatment.
