Have you ever confided in a friend about feeling stressed or in pain, only to be met with the suggestion of trying yoga? Perhaps you've seen all the fancy yoga poses on Instagram and dismissed yoga as not for you. But have you considered working with a yoga teacher who is trained to work with individuals who have experienced trauma and who can adapt their practice to accommodate any mobility challenges? This is an opportunity to move your body in a way that works for you. Grab a chair, mat, or couch, and prioritize your mental, physical, and spiritual health. Do you still have questions? Contact Yoga Alliance Certified teacher Randi Michele on heypeers.com chat or schedule a 30-minute meet and greet as an affordable option to discover if 1-on-1 yoga is suitable for you. Randi Michele can also assist in finding online group options outside her offerings.

About The Host
I am a female Air Force veteran who has been out of the military for ten years. During this period, I have actively worked towards my mental health recovery. Some of my hobbies are making art, teaching yoga, and pursuing my studies. I live with my wife, Becky, and our two cats, Pretzel and Princess Dax. Throughout my journey of mental health recovery, I have undergone various therapeutic modalities as a client. Practicing yoga, spending time with loved ones, maintaining a balanced diet, and embracing spirituality have been essential for my healing process. For many years, I believed staying silent and invisible was the only way to keep myself safe. However, I later realized that this was a lie. I now want to help others break free from this silence and embark on their journey towards wholeness.
