Certified Peer Supporter
We are all worthy and capable of living well, however each person defines that. Increasing ease, awareness, and self-confidence, finding or reconnecting with purpose, and rebuilding meaningful relationships (or building new ones) are key pieces of my recovery and wellness work. I encourage folks to identify and explore their unique interests and strengths, and enjoy connecting with new ideas, like practices that engage us in self-healing and reconnecting with our inner wisdom and agency.
She/her/hers. I am a Certified Peer Specialist, meditation & mindfulness teacher, and business owner of a growing peer support practice. My journey includes living with bipolar disorder I w/psychosis, anxiety, and trauma, and past struggles with substance & alcohol use. Embracing Western therapies and cultivating an openness to experiences outside of the mental health canon have been critical in my recovery. I draw from my life to support, encourage, empower, and motivate others.
