Together, we’ll explore key areas such as: • Wellness Toolbox: Tools and strategies that help you stay well. • Daily Maintenance Plan: Identifying what you need to do daily to maintain your wellness. • Triggers and Early Warning Signs: Understanding and recognizing signs before they lead to larger challenges. • Crisis and Post-Crisis Planning: Building a safety net for times when you’re feeling overwhelmed. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a personalized WRAP designed to fit your unique needs. Completing this workshop will give you the confidence and tools to better manage your wellness, and you’ll receive a certificate of completion as a testament to your growth and dedication.
