Grounded Again: Anxiety Reset + Nervous System Plan
Individual coachingA trauma-informed peer session to steady your nervous system, understand anxiety in your body, and leave with a reset plan for hard days.
Anxiety has a way of narrowing your world down to one loud channel. Everything else goes quiet. And suddenly that channel is all there is. This session is about widening it back out. Gently. Without forcing a thing. We start with safety and choice. You decide what feels okay to bring into the room today, what you'd rather hold, and what already helps, even a little. You're in charge from the first minute. There's no checklist, no pressure to share more than you're ready to. From there, we sort through the anxiety together in plain language: body signals, thought loops, and the real-life stressors sitting underneath them. If you'd like, we'll map your warning signs, triggers, and coping options on a simple worksheet you can keep. You'll also practice one or two grounding skills in real time. You'll leave with something you've already felt in your body, something you can find your way back to when anxiety rises again. By the end of the session, you'll have: * Your personal anxiety early-warning list (your top 3 signals) * A short coping menu (your top 3 tools for the next 7 days) * One clear next step for support: who or what you'll reach for when things get hard * A 2–5 minute reset routine you can practice on your own A note on scope. This is peer support coaching — not therapy or clinical treatment. If at any point it feels like you need more intensive support, we'll talk about where to find it. For crisis support any time, you can call, text, or chat 988 (U.S. Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) — free, confidential, 24/7.

About The Host
You're here because something hurts, and if your pain is real, you belong here. I'm Antonio, though most people call me Tony or ACE. I'm a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPS-P) who has lived with complex PTSD, anxiety, and bipolar depression, and I've walked through my own recovery as someone who lived it: the setbacks, the 2 AM panic, the mornings when getting out of bed felt like lifting a building. I know what it means to sit with what's hard and not know if you'll make it through—and I also know you can. I'm not here to fix you. You're not broken. I'm here to walk alongside you while you figure out what comes next, at your pace, on your terms, with presence and empathy and the kind of understanding that only comes from having been there yourself. I trained through the Academy of Peer Services, hold my CPS-P credential from the New York State Certification Board, and bring over three decades of lived experience alongside eight years working in mental health and addiction recovery. You don't have to have the right words or have it figured out. You just have to show up. Book a session and let's start where you are.
