Focus With Compassion: ADHD Flow + “Real-Life” Routine Builder
Individual coachingPeer coaching for ADHD and executive function struggles — get unstuck, build a routine, and leave with a plan your brain can use.
ADHD can look like knowing exactly what needs doing and still sitting there, pinned, while the clock gets louder and the task gets heavier. That gap — between knowing and moving — lives in the wiring, not the willpower. This session is about building a map that fits the brain you have. We start with your actual week: where energy goes, when it disappears, and which part of your day keeps snagging. Together, we'll pick one area — morning start, transitions, work tasks, follow-through — and lay it out in plain language. What derails you, what already helps even a little, and what small shifts might make beginning feel less like moving through wet cement. If you'd like, we'll use a simple worksheet to break one stuck task into the next 3 steps and build a friction-reducer list: timers, reminders, body-doubling options, whatever lowers the barrier to starting. You're in charge of the pace. My job is to help you build a structure that fits the brain you have, so the day has somewhere to land. By the end of the session, you'll have: * One anchor routine (a 10–20 minute start or end-of-day structure you can repeat) * A breakdown of one stuck task into the next 3 steps * A personalized friction-reducer list: tools, timers, body-doubling options, reminders * An accountability plan that feels supportive, on your terms A note on scope. This is peer support coaching — not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. If something feels bigger than a routine, we'll talk about where to find the right support. About The Host
You're here because something hurts, and if your pain is real, you belong here. I'm Antonio, though most people call me Tony or ACE. I'm a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPS-P) who has lived with complex PTSD, anxiety, and bipolar depression, and I've walked through my own recovery as someone who lived it: the setbacks, the 2 AM panic, the mornings when getting out of bed felt like lifting a building. I know what it means to sit with what's hard and not know if you'll make it through—and I also know you can. I'm not here to fix you. You're not broken. I'm here to walk alongside you while you figure out what comes next, at your pace, on your terms, with presence and empathy and the kind of understanding that only comes from having been there yourself. I trained through the Academy of Peer Services, hold my CPS-P credential from the New York State Certification Board, and bring over three decades of lived experience alongside eight years working in mental health and addiction recovery. You don't have to have the right words or have it figured out. You just have to show up. Book a session and let's start where you are.
