When you've been surviving for a long time, "What do you want?" can feel like an unfair question. Too big, too open, arriving before you've had time to get your bearings. This session is about getting your bearings. We start underneath the noise — not with goals, but with what still matters to you when the noise quiets: stability, honesty, creativity, family, freedom, health, faith, service, peace, growth. You name what fits. We take our time with it. From there, we translate those values into one goal that fits real life right now — specific, doable, yours — and map the predictable terrain between here and there. Because the barriers are predictable. Low energy, cravings, grief that arrives in waves, shame, the fear of starting something you might not finish. Naming them ahead of time pulls some of their power. And knowing what you'll do when motivation dips matters more than whether motivation shows up at all. You'll leave with something you can actually use when the morning feels impossible: a compass small enough to hold, pointing somewhere true. By the end of the session, you'll have: * Your top 3–5 values in plain language, chosen by you * One goal linked directly to those values * A 7-day micro-plan: what you'll do, when, how often * A when-things-get-hard plan: what you'll reach for when motivation dips A note on scope. This is peer support coaching rooted in values-based and recovery-aligned approaches. It works alongside therapy, treatment, or other supports you already have — and it moves at your pace. If something in the session points toward a need for more intensive support, we'll talk through where to find it. About The Host

You're here because something hurts, and if your pain is real, you belong here. I'm Antonio, though most people call me Tony or ACE. I'm a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPS-P) who has lived with complex PTSD, anxiety, and bipolar depression, and I've walked through my own recovery as someone who lived it: the setbacks, the 2 AM panic, the mornings when getting out of bed felt like lifting a building. I know what it means to sit with what's hard and not know if you'll make it through—and I also know you can. I'm not here to fix you. You're not broken. I'm here to walk alongside you while you figure out what comes next, at your pace, on your terms, with presence and empathy and the kind of understanding that only comes from having been there yourself. I trained through the Academy of Peer Services, hold my CPS-P credential from the New York State Certification Board, and bring over three decades of lived experience alongside eight years working in mental health and addiction recovery. You don't have to have the right words or have it figured out. You just have to show up. Book a session and let's start where you are.
