Some of the best things that ever happened in recovery started with someone saying: pull up a chair. No intake form, no checklist, no agenda. Just two people, on the phone or on a screen, seeing if the energy makes sense. That's what this is. Thirty minutes, no strings. You'll get a real sense of who I am outside the bio and the profile picture: how I think, how I talk, what I've lived through, and how that shapes the way I show up for people. And I'll get a real sense of you—where you are, what's on your mind, what's been carrying you lately. If you've got questions about any of the sessions I offer, bring them. If something you describe sounds like a good fit for one of them, I'll say so, and you can take that or leave it. And if we spend the whole thirty minutes just talking about what's been hard, that's a complete session. No follow-up scheduled unless you want one. No obligation of any kind. Some people book this and we never formally work together—and I count those conversations as some of the most worthwhile thirty minutes of my week. Knowing exactly what you need isn't a requirement for showing up here. You just have to be willing to come as you are. The porch light's on. By the end of our thirty minutes, you'll know: * Whether this feels like a space you want to come back to * A little more about who I am outside credentials and profile pictures * What's available if you decide you want to work together * That reaching out again is always welcome, whatever you decide A note before you book. This is a peer conversation, not a clinical intake or therapy session. I'm a trauma-informed certified peer specialist with lived experience—not a therapist, counselor, or crisis line. If something comes up that points toward a need for more intensive support, I'll be honest about that and help you think through where to look. For crisis support any time, call, text, or chat 988 (U.S. Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)—free, confidential, 24/7.

About The Host

You're here because something hurts, and if your pain is real, you belong here. I'm Antonio, though most people call me Tony or ACE. I'm a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPS-P) who has lived with complex PTSD, anxiety, and bipolar depression, and I've walked through my own recovery as someone who lived it: the setbacks, the 2 AM panic, the mornings when getting out of bed felt like lifting a building. I know what it means to sit with what's hard and not know if you'll make it through—and I also know you can. I'm not here to fix you. You're not broken. I'm here to walk alongside you while you figure out what comes next, at your pace, on your terms, with presence and empathy and the kind of understanding that only comes from having been there yourself. I trained through the Academy of Peer Services, hold my CPS-P credential from the New York State Certification Board, and bring over three decades of lived experience alongside eight years working in mental health and addiction recovery. You don't have to have the right words or have it figured out. You just have to show up. Book a session and let's start where you are.
