WRAP Planning Session
WRAPMake a wellness recovery action plan for maintaining health and recovery
WRAP planning is done in three sessions. For the first session, we'll get to know one another, talk about the basics of WRAP planning, and your general goals for it. During the second session, we'll talk about your life, relationships, symptoms, struggles, dreams, and goals, and discuss how these relate to your plan. For the final session, we'll make the WRAP plan together, drawing on our work from the previous sessions.
