Whole Health, Your Way is ongoing one-on-one WHAM peer support focused on helping you create and work toward whole-health goals that matter to you. (Whole Health Action Management) We can use WHAM’s person-centered approach to look at what is going well, what feels difficult, what you want to change, and what support would actually make that change more realistic. From there, we can create weekly action steps, check in on what happened, celebrate progress, troubleshoot barriers, and change the plan when something is not working. WHAM specifically incorporates person-centered goals, weekly action planning, personal logs, and one-to-one peer support as core tools for developing sustainable health behaviors. This is not about me giving you a diet, exercise plan, or list of things you “should” be doing. Maybe your goal is sleeping more consistently. Maybe it is managing stress, getting more connected to other people, moving your body in a way that works for you, reconnecting with spirituality, making medical appointments less overwhelming, or finding more meaning in your day. You decide the goal. We work together on making it doable. Some sessions may focus heavily on planning. Others may be about figuring out why something did not work, adjusting expectations, problem-solving barriers, or simply having someone beside you while you keep trying. Progress does not have to be perfect or linear. The point is to build a whole-health plan that works with your life instead of expecting your life to fit somebody else’s idea of wellness. This service provides peer support and whole-health goal support. It does not replace medical care, therapy, diagnosis, physical therapy, nutrition services, or other professional healthcare.

About The Host

My name is Cassian, and I am a Certified Peer Specialist with lived experience navigating complex mental health challenges and building a life that feels stable, meaningful, and worth living. A major focus of my peer-support work is helping people who live with Cluster B disorders or traits, especially BPD attachment patterns, favorite-person dynamics, fear of abandonment, splitting, emotional intensity, and relationship instability. I understand how these experiences can affect your sense of safety, identity, and connection with others. I believe in accountability without shame and in helping people recognize harmful patterns without reducing themselves to those patterns. I am also especially interested in supporting people with OCD, including harm OCD and pedophilia-themed OCD. I understand how frightening, isolating, and shame-filled taboo intrusive thoughts can be, particularly when people confuse unwanted thoughts with intent or character. My goal is to offer a nonjudgmental space where people can talk honestly about their experiences without being treated as dangerous or immoral. I also have lived experience with chronic illness, disability, LGBTQIA+ identity, and polyamorous or ethically non-monogamous relationships. I identify as a queer, pansexual trans man. Psychology is one of my special interests, so I bring both personal experience and extensive self-education to my work while remaining clear that peer support is not therapy or diagnosis. I am passionate, direct, and compassionate. I want people to feel understood without being enabled, supported without being controlled, and reminded that healing does not require becoming perfect.
