Unfilitered Recovery with A Hope Dealer
Individual coachingIm here for your healing journey
Your healing journey is unique and one of a kind, and I am very understanding of the many differences as well as similarities between the lines of peoples stories. I pride myself in my ability to hear the whole story utilizing more than just active listening, I care to hear everything you want to say, I cant promise I have all the solutions, but I will sit and talk with you through anything while we collaborate on ideas, and create a connection with no expectations, other than to heal, understand one another, validate, offer hope and support. I am passionate about helping, and go above and beyond to offer any and all of myself to produce results in self-esteem, self worth, and self respect. It took me years to find the answers I was seeking, I'm patient and i'm kind, i'm down to earth, and easy to talk to. I have an unfiltered sense of humor, and I'm an open book willing to share any part of my life as long as I believe its relevant and sought after, without triggering anyone. I have an extremely colorful past that I am always willing to share or offer in the hopes it will comfort you in times of misunderstanding your own experiences. I suffer from many mental health challenges as well as PTSD. I am trauma informed and trained to assist through experiences that leave someone feeling confused, or empty, numb and ashamed. Im here to help guide you through the motions, step by step, one moment at a time.

About The Host
I’ve lived enough chapters to know that the hardest stories can become the most powerful ones. I’m Victoria—a person who believes that authenticity, resilience, humor, and a genuine willingness to keep growing can change the course of a life. I’m naturally curious, deeply compassionate, and someone who wants to understand the “why” behind people, not simply judge the “what.” My own experiences have taught me perseverance, humility, accountability, and the value of being given a chance while you’re still figuring things out. They’ve shaped the way I see people: I look for potential where others may only see problems, and I believe people are far more than the hardest thing they’ve ever done. I love learning, connecting with others, finding creative solutions, and turning difficult moments into opportunities for growth. I bring warmth and authenticity into the spaces I enter, while also bringing determination, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility. Integrity matters deeply to me, and I strive to leave the people I encounter feeling heard, respected, and valued. What makes me different isn’t that I have all the answers—it’s that I’m willing to keep learning, keep showing up, and keep looking for possibilities where others may have stopped looking. I’m constantly evolving, and I genuinely believe the best version of who we are is never the final version. I am a Certified Peer Support and Recovery Professional, with multiple strengths and trainings that have been fueled by my own lived experience. I currently have obtained trainings in: Mental Health First Aid, Ct Hearing Voices Network, Alternatives to Suicide, Supporting recovery during the transition to adulthood, Wellness Recovery Action Planning, Intentional Peer Support Core Training, Working together through barriers to treatment, Identifying and Intervening in the Early Stages of Psychosis, Recovery Professional Learning Collaborative - Opioid Use Disorder: Best Practices for Support & Healing, Setting Boundaries where it counts, Navigating Conflict, Utilizing Self-care and coping mechanisms, PTSD and trauma informed training, Supporting disabilities, Core concepts to homelessness, Supporting our veterans.
