Peer Recovery, Resilience and (Re)Connection

An invitation to share a time and space where we will explore our nervous systems, learn how trauma impacts us, and why addiction / substance use disorder / chemical dependence may be better described as chronic comfort seeking. The opposite of addiction is connection. Led by Kristin. Kristin has navigated the rocky terrain of trauma and as a result, has become a passionate peer, ally and coach for others who have wounds that have led to overwhelm in their personal and/or professional experiences. Kristin thrives in teaching others how to calm into chaos, detox from toxic stress and metabolize the hard stuff in real-time.
