I am Cynthia Franks. I am a certified Mental Health Peer Specialist. I have come to this space to share my lived experience with others and offer hope and resilience from my experience. And support others in navigating their pathway to wellness and recovery.
Motivation for help
This is my passion. When I was in mental distress I found through my support system and resources and services available in my community was instrumental in my recovery process.
