About the host
I’m a faith-driven and creative woman with a deep passion for the arts, especially live theater and storytelling. My professional background has allowed me to grow as a leader and mentor, but my heart has always been rooted in community and connection. I believe in creating safe, uplifting spaces where women can share openly, heal deeply, and be reminded of their strength and worth. This season of my life is about grace, growth, and intentional living—nurturing both my faith and my personal well-being. I bring to this group a spirit of compassion, authenticity, and understanding, and I’m honored to walk alongside other women as we support one another through life’s challenges and triumphs.

NAMI Minnesota champions justice, dignity and respect for all people affected by mental illnesses. Through education, support and advocacy we strive to eliminate the pervasive stigma of mental illnesses, affect positive changes in the mental health system, and increase the public and professional understanding of mental illnesses.

NAMI Minnesota offers many support groups for adults living with mental illnesses and their families. Our free support groups are led by trained volunteers with lived experience. Support groups provide a welcoming, respectful, and safe space to build awareness and understanding while learning from and connecting with others.  The two main populations we serve are adults living with mental illnesses and adults with loved ones who are living with mental illnesses.
