About this meeting
The (SA) support groups are lead by independent community partners and are not managed by S&PAA. They offer a space where individuals can connect with others to navigate challenges together, celebrate successes, and remind each other that they are not alone on their journey. No formal diagnosis needed.
Please note that SA groups are lead independently by community members. Any future questions about them or SA blue books should be directed to the SA-groups leader.

About the host
Hi I am Steve, I am Autistic. I have Schizo-Affective. It was a hard battle to become who I am today. But the one thing I always try to give HOPE and if you don't have HOPE I am willing to give some of mine.
Motivation for help
In times of mental strife we become a better version of ourselves each day. We are constantly improving even it is 0.01% a day, Even if we go back to a Crisis Unit we already are at step 2.
