About this meeting
Does your chronic illness have you feeling overwhelmed, isolated and lonely? Do you feel like no one really understands or is there for you? Do you want to be seen and heard by someone who truly gets it? I've been where you are and I know how hard it is. You don't have to go through this alone. I'm here to listen and hold space for you to share your feeling and experiences. Together we'll focus on the things that matter most to you, like navigating complex emotions, managing day-to-day stressors, and connecting with social networks to reduce isolation.

Motivation for help
Adapting to life with chronic illness has been one of the hardest chapters of my life. Not being heard, supported, or believed in made things like sorting through intense feelings, keeping up with friendships or just getting through the day feel exhausting and overwhelming. That experience is what shaped my work today—I show up for others in the way I once needed someone to show up for me.
