About this meeting
CAREGIVER / FAMILY SUPPORT
Biweekly support groups for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals with schizophrenia and psychosis-related disorders offer a compassionate and understanding environment to connect with others facing similar challenges. Through shared experiences and mutual support, participants provide encouragement, practical advice, and coping strategies, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Biweekly Wednesdays at 7 pm ET
(see our page for all groups)
About the host
Hello Caregivers - As a caregiver for two loved ones myself, I am here to create an empathetic and compassionate space for caregivers to be heard and supported, and to share our struggles and successes on this most demanding journey. My goal is that we all become better caregivers, more resilient, while remembering and practicing self care as a priority.
