Roots , Shoots: A Down to Earth Peer Gathering

Join us for an hour of slow-paced connection led by a Southern Oregon facilitator who brings the wisdom of rural farm life and lived recovery experience to our circle. We will be discussing how to declutter our minds, notice the subtle shift in the seasons, and stay grounded through recovery strategies and coping skills,and more. This is a non-judgmental space to share stories, ask anything, and learn from one another's journeys through trauma, grief, or addiction. Whether we are discussing gardening tips or relaxing through meditation ,sharing coping skills, and daily living. we invite you to open your eyes to something different and simply be in the moment together.
