About this meeting
Got something you keep saying you’ll do later? Welcome to “later.” This is a quiet online body doubling group where we work on our own tasks alongside each other. Cameras are always optional (but encouraged), and microphones stay disabled throughout. You can share what you’re working on through chat or keep it to yourself. Bring the paperwork, the studying, the laundry, the creative project, or the email you’ve opened twelve times without answering. You can work away from your screen, too! We’ll settle in, spend the hour coworking, and finish with an optional reflection. Take breaks whenever you need them. If getting started is hard because of ADHD, overwhelm, executive dysfunction, low energy, lost motivation, or reasons you haven’t figured out, you’re welcome. You choose what to work on and how much to take on. There’s no requirement to finish, report your progress, or explain why something has been difficult. Let's just do the dang thing together!

About the host
My brain's… a lot. If yours is too, you're in good company! At my core, I'm a punkish creative & introspective nerd type. Hence why I get along with misfits so well. But I've spent most of my life feeling out of step—too much, not enough, and under a dark cloud I couldn't name. In my 30s I discovered I'm autistic with a side helping of ADHD. That was on top of a long history of anxiety, anorexia, trauma, and depression telling me I'm garbage. Footnote: I'm not, and you're probably not either. Life's thrown me its share of UGH and I've spent a lot of time learning to stop hating my brain. Still kind of a love/hate relationship, actually. But progress is progress. On paper, I’m a Certified Peer Support Specialist with ongoing training and all that. In practice, I’m just someone who’s been through a lot of the same mental health mess and sits in it with you.
Motivation for help
I needed support once, and no one was there. I never want anyone to feel as alone as I was. That's it. I want to shrink down the scariness we all face and remind people they're not as isolated in those feelings as they think. All the years I lost to depression and self-destruction—I can't get those back. But I can make them mean something by showing up for people going through their own version of it. I'm in your corner. Because, damn, somebody has to be.
