Through education, support and advocacy we strive to eliminate the pervasive stigma of mental illnesses, affect positive changes in the mental health system, and increase the public and professional...

NAMI Minnesota offers many support groups for adults living with mental illnesses and their families. Our free support groups are led by trained volunteers with lived experience. Support groups provide a welcoming, respectful, and safe space to build awareness and understanding while learning from and connecting with others. The two main populations we serve are adults living with mental illnesses and adults with loved ones who are living with mental illnesses.
