Hiya! My name is Kyra (she/they) and I am 27 years old diagnosed with Bipolar I disorder. My first psychosis experience was when I was 22 years old. I began as an activist in other mental health organizations, and started as a Peer Advisory Council Member with the S&PAA in 2025. I am now a Public Health graduate student studying associated mental health disorders. This will be my first time as a host on the HeyPeers platform as an official support group co-lead!
