About Jane
Hi! My name is Jane (she, her, hers). I work full-time as a Peer Recovery Specialist. I have experience providing support to ages 11-76. I am recovering from BPD and c-PTSD. I love the mutuality of peer support and how much we both can gain from conversations. I love to incorporate humor and strength recognition in my sessions.
My Recovery Story
I have been in recovery since 2019. I utilized a variety of treatments, such as residential and PHP/IOP. I am now able to work full-time, engage in my hobbies, and create meaningful relationships. I have a lifelong journey ahead, but I am happy with where I am now.
My Motivation To Help
I truly started to live the life I wanted to live after becoming a peer supporter. It is so empowering to use your lived experience and resiliency to reach your goals.
