Biography

I am a all in one support ranger. I’m a peer advocate, domestic violence , diabetic , 911, LGBTQ , BIPOC, thriving person. I’m passionate about helping others overcome adversity( our inner world pain that projects into the outer). I’m also a strong advocate for social Justice and equity. I chosen this path because I believe that people with lived experience have a unique perspective and can offer valuable support to others who are going through similar challenges. I embrace everything that’s so called negative that have ever happened to me, because it has provided me the navigation to know how to guidance others through darkness back into their light. I know first hand what it feels like to grow up in a society that doesn’t always accept people for who they are, but I’m proud of who I am and I want to help others embrace their identities and their unique Pathway’s; “The what happened”, does not have to define what anyone, however it can build us into our greatness. I am a stand for others and every soul to become emancipation from their societal oppression and be the purpose that we are all assigned in this lifetime.

My Recovery Story

My personal life experience of recovery has been a journey with ups and downs. There have been times when I have felt lost and hopeless, and times when I have felt strong and hopeful. But through it all, I have never given up on myself. I started my recovery over twenty years ago, after I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. At the time I was struggling with severe depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. I knew that I needed a change, so I went into self help groups, alternative medicine practices and allopathic treatment programs. Getting the support I needed through these modalities taught me how to manage my symptoms and break through my inner pain energetically, physically and mentally. My quality of life has improved dramatically since I have been on this recovery journey. I am no longer controlled by my symptoms. I am able to be there for my family, my community, and most importantly being there for myself. I am so grateful to be given the opportunity to give back to others and help humanity of all walks of life on their own recovery journeys.

My Motivation To Help

Mmm… I’m living proof that recovery is possible. This is what motivates me, because when I see what my footprints have been and to see who I am right now, it excites me to know that others can have this piece of anecdotal insight as well. My health is others health and others health is my health. When the healer is able to overcome their own preconditions, this is when they can provide a possible serum to others that have suffered similarly. Everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life. Its not real happiness for me, when one person get to have it and keep it to themselves. It’s when we give it away we get to have it for a lifetime and beyond.
