Hey! My name is Kassie, I prefer to be called Phoenix. I am a grateful and recovering alcoholic/addict since November 5, 2019. I am dual-diagnosed with multiple mental health diagnoses, some being C-PTSD, Bipolar disorder, BPD, Major Depression, and all the anxieties which I now am able to manage on a daily basis with minimal medication. Trauma SURVIVOR!

After detox, I struggled to find peace within myself and I had no idea how to do it. I was trying to do it all on my own and I wasn't able to do it. After some time, I connected with an amazing individual who guided me in finding myself. I also began trauma therapy and I learned so much more about myself and my trauma. I can now pay my bills, care for myself, and I have the ability to participate in life today instead of stand on the sidelines and watch.My Motivation To Help
After several suicide attempts, struggling with drugs and alcohol, I found help and turned my life around. It is my purpose in life to help others heal.My Chatrooms
