About Taylor

Hi, I’m Taylor. I am a Certified Peer Support Specialist whose work is rooted in deep, personal lived experience. Having navigated profound family loss and Alzheimer’s caregiving at a young age—alongside my own path through ADHD, anxiety, and substance use recovery—I know exactly what it takes to rebuild after a major setback. I don’t support people from a textbook. I offer real-world understanding, practical daily structure, and a judgment-free space to help you cut through the overwhelm and find your footing.

My Recovery Story

Recovery gave me my future back. Getting the help I needed wasn't just about moving past substance use and managing my anxiety and ADHD—it was about learning how to build a life I actually enjoy. Today, my life is grounded, purposeful, and stable. Managing my mental health is a daily practice, but I now have the routines and tools to handle life's challenges with confidence. I have a fulfilling career helping others, and I use my own journey to show people that it is entirely possible to rebuild and thrive.

My Motivation To Help

My motivation comes from knowing exactly how isolating it feels to be stuck in the dark, wondering if things will ever get easier. I survived some of my hardest chapters because I finally got the right support and learned how to advocate for myself. Now, my purpose is to be that steady support system for someone else. I want to help you cut through the overwhelm, discover your own resilience, and build practical, everyday routines that bring peace and structure back to your life."
