Hi! My name is Vincent and I have been in recovery for a year, and my goal is to help others achieve wellness on their own terms. I have an extensive knowledge of mental health conditions from personal as well as secondhand experience, coupled with a passion for determining how factors such as lifestyle, stressors, cultural background, and personal identity can play a significant role in shaping your personal experience. The principles of peer support are first nature to me. I believe that optimal health can be achieved through awareness, consistency, and commitment. No matter what struggles you may be facing, I’m here to help you discover solutions that will work for you. Ask and you shall receive - so don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help.
