Dealing with a narcissist is one of the hardest and most insidious challenges you can face. These individuals make you walk on eggshells, leaving you feeling trapped, controlled, and powerless. They slowly and maliciously isolate and brainwash you, attempting to strip away your light, strength, and everything beautiful within you. They can turn your family against you or create rifts, making you feel guilty and confused, manipulating you to get their way. Narcissists put you through extreme highs and lows, feeding off your energy. They crave love but don't truly love in return. They can be charming, sweet, and kind in public, but behind closed doors, they are the complete opposite, exhausting, depleting, and draining you. In the process of fighting this monster, you may find yourself changing into someone unrecognizable or even adopting similar toxic behaviors. I'm here to help those in this situation heal and move forward. Victims of narcissists often find themselves financially dependent, without support, or believing they are in love. Some want to leave but feel trapped, threatened, or afraid due to the lengths these people will go. It's not easy, and it's incredibly hard, but I will do my best to help you regain your freedom, light, and love within yourself. This is not a normal breakup or a typical type of person. It often requires a carefully thought-out plan. I am here to listen, understand, and support you through this journey. Together, we can navigate this difficult path and find a way to restore your strength and independence. If you're seeking support, understanding, and a path forward, I'm here to help. Reach out to me at jessdelamora@gmail.com to schedule a session on HeyPeers. Let's work together to reclaim your life and find the strength to overcome these dark times.
