Parents are incredibly selfless, often at the expense of their own well-being. In the process, we can lose sight of ourselves, highlighting the need for balance. I guide parents in understanding the crucial role that self-love and self-care play in raising children. It's essential for us to reconnect with ourselves and nurture our own inner child. Prioritizing our own well-being isn’t selfish; rather, it creates a positive ripple effect that benefits our entire family. When children see us taking care of ourselves emotionally, mentally, and physically, they absorb those values. Children often respond more to actions than words, so by modeling self-care, we teach them its importance. Additionally, parenting is a journey of mutual growth—learning from our children and continually evolving ourselves.
