Emotional Wonderland Mentorship is designed for individuals ready to take control of their intense emotions and develop lasting emotional resilience. Drawing inspiration from the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland, this coaching experience combines creative reflection with practical strategies rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I'll provide 1-on-1 support designed to help you navigate and regulate intense emotions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anger, sadness, anxiety, or other emotions, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we will work together to identify triggers and develop coping strategies that work for you. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques and my own lived experience, I’ll guide you through skills like emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore the triggers and patterns that fuel your emotional responses, then work on mastering skills like distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. You’ll walk away with personalized tools to help you remain grounded and navigate life’s emotional highs and lows with confidence and calm. About The Host

I understand that life can be incredibly challenging, and it’s okay to seek support. My journey has been filled with challenges, including being adopted, facing bullying, and dealing with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), alopecia, and infertility. These experiences have tested me but have also shaped who I am today, instilling in me a deep sense of empathy and a desire to support others. Completing a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) program provided me with the tools to manage my emotions and find hope. Now, I focus on providing peer support in areas like emotional regulation, self-confidence, and life transitions. I’m particularly passionate about creating unique programs that incorporate an Alice in Wonderland theme, helping people reflect on their journeys and personal growth. My goal is to be the kind of support I needed when I was struggling—to offer hope, guidance, empathy and understanding. I’d like to provide a safe and understanding space for you where you can explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. You don’t have to face your challenges alone; I’m here to walk alongside you.
