1:1 Peer Support
WRAPConnect, breathe, and get real support from someone who understands.
Welcome! This is a 45-minute, one-on-one space where you can pause, be heard, and feel supported. It’s peer-led, which means I’ve walked through mental health challenges, addiction, and recovery myself—and I understand the ups, downs, and everything in between. This isn’t therapy or crisis counseling. It’s a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are—tired, stressed, anxious, hopeful, or just curious. You get to decide what to share, and how much, at your own pace. In our session, we focus on what matters most to you: your challenges, your strengths, and the kind of support you need right now. We may explore coping tools, mindfulness exercises, ways to handle triggers, or strategies for staying grounded day to day. Every conversation is about connection, reflection, and small steps forward—whatever feels manageable. There’s no pressure to “get it right.” Peer support is about walking alongside someone, not fixing them. Each session ends with a moment to reflect on what was helpful and identify a small, practical step you can carry into your day. This is a space to be honest, to feel seen, and to remind yourself you don’t have to face this alone. You’re welcome here, just as you are. Includes 4 check-ins

About The Host
Hello, I’m Tamie. I am an Indiana Certified Peer Support Professional, Spiritual Life Coach, Mindfulness Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Aromatherapist. More importantly, I am a woman in long-term recovery who understands firsthand how complicated, painful, and deeply human the healing journey can be. I believe we are all human. We all make mistakes. Some are small, and some alter the course of our lives. What matters most is what we choose to do next. Recovery, for me, has meant taking responsibility for my healing, learning healthier coping skills, practicing forgiveness, and choosing growth even when it felt impossible. Forgiveness—of myself and others—is still a practice. It isn’t always easy, but it has been essential to my peace. Mindfulness is at the heart of my work. To me, mindfulness means learning to be present without judgment—aware without becoming overwhelmed. Through my own recovery, I developed practical tools for emotional regulation, grounding, and self-awareness that I now share with others. I combine lived experience with holistic practices and evidence-based peer support principles to meet people where they are. I pursued higher education during my recovery journey and graduated on the Dean’s List, a milestone that represented stability and hope during a difficult chapter of my life. Today, I continue to prioritize my mental health, maintain healthy boundaries, and remain committed to personal growth. Recovery is not a destination; it is an ongoing commitment. As a Peer Support Professional, I do not see myself as someone who has all the answers. I see myself as someone who walks alongside others. I offer empathy without judgment, honesty without shame, and support rooted in real-life understanding. I know the weight of addiction, trauma, and grief—but I also know the strength that can rise from them. Healing is possible. Growth is possible. And no one should have to navigate recovery alone. I am honored to walk beside those who are ready to take their next step.
