1-on-1 peer support session
Individual coachingNeed someone to listen? I'm here!
A 1-on-1 peer support session can be almost anything you want it to be, whether that's just dumping out everything in your head, venting, or doing more intensive and intentional work on specific issues or topics. Although that description can be more confusing than helpful (as someone who is neurodivergent and also started out unsure how peer support "works"), I strive to create a space during sessions that is as structured or freeing as you need. I mainly focus on helping people understand what they want out of life and how to work around/with circumstances getting in the way to make that happen and experience purpose and hope. I have experience with: - LGBTQ+ life (especially trans and asexual topics) - disability/chronic illness + advocacy (Hypermobility + chronic injuries) - Converting religion - Being part of alternative communities - abusive + complex relationships - depression - anxiety - C-PTSD - medication /medical management - ASD

About The Host
I am a transmasculine and disabled peer supporter who loves video games, axolotls, music, and doing DIY clothing and art! I'm involved in quite a few subcultural communities in my local area (mainly goth, emo, and J-fashion) and am working my first semester as a professor in subcultural/fan studies.
