Caregiver Support & Connection Workshop — Full Description A supportive, structured space designed for caregivers who are balancing the emotional, physical, and practical demands of caring for someone else. This workshop helps participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gain tools that make the caregiving journey more sustainable. Caregivers often carry a tremendous amount of responsibility, and many do it quietly. This workshop creates a place where you don’t have to hold everything alone. Through guided discussion, reflective exercises, and practical skill‑building, you’ll explore ways to reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and maintain your own well being while caring for others. What participants can expect: Emotional grounding — Learn strategies to manage overwhelm, regulate stress, and stay centered during difficult moments. Peer connection — Share experiences with others who understand the unique challenges of caregiving, and build a sense of community and validation. Practical coping tools — Explore techniques for boundary‑setting, self‑care, communication, and navigating caregiver fatigue. Guided reflection — Take time to reflect on your needs, strengths, and patterns so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence. Resource sharing — Learn about supports that can lighten your load and help you feel more equipped. This workshop is ideal for anyone caring for a family member, friend, partner, or community member—whether you’re new to caregiving or have been doing it for years. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of connection, practical tools you can use right away, and a reminder that your wellbeing matters too.
