About this meeting
If you operate on the assumption that there will be a worst-case scenario you are probably not alone. A lot of us do this without even thinking about it. We will explore these types of experiences and gain insight into how we can redirect our thought patterns.

This group used to be really fun and it's sad that the tone has changed over the past few weeks :-(

I think oscar did a good job facilitating. I didn't know what this group would be like when I joined, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I think he handled the issues that came up well and gave everyone a chance to speak and share.

The group is titled Change Your Mindset but all we did was answer a lot of hypthetical questions that really had nothing to do with mental health. It felt like a game.

I like Oscar. I think he's good at facilitating and giving general positive feedback. I enjoy the group as a whole.

He did alright. It was a decent group. I enjoyed answering a variety of questions. I'm not sure if every week is something new, but I'm interested in returning to the group in the future.

Project Return Peer Support Network

PRPSN offers peer-to-peer support to help individuals reach their personal goals, such as living independently, going to school, getting a job, having friends and enjoying life in the community, and advancing in their recovery. Each group is individualized and self-directed. Activities and curricula are created by the facilitators and group participants. While some groups direct conversations on specific recovery-based discussions, others focus on physical wellness and its connection to mental wellness, building socialization skills, and the exploration of varying coping methods ranging from arts and music to writing and much, much more!
