About the host
I am a certified peer specialist in Atlanta, GA and I love what I do! I am knowledgeable about support groups of all kinds and can support you on learning more about them-on heypeers. Currently I facilitate the Heypeers Certified meeting "Get It Done When You're Depressed." I am available for 1:1 video chats too. I am queer, neurodivergent, love DBT, creating art, writing, my animals, and nerdy stuff. Motivation for help
The last time I was hospitalized in a mental hospital, I was supported more by my peers than by the staff. Now, I want to give that support back to other peers.

Welcome to HeyPeers Certified Meetings!
HeyPeers Certified meetings are facilitated by Group Leaders who have lived experience with the topic of the meeting they are facilitating. They have completed training, passed exams and have met other requirements in their state to become cerified. Some of our CPSs are also nationally certified and most have other credentials as well. Most HeyPeers Certifed meetings are 90 minutes in length and include a discussion of helpful tips and techniques.
