About this meeting
Kim, Tom, and Craig's group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult (18+) who is living with a mental illness. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences. The group is led by trained leaders with lived experience. Meetings are 90 minutes long. This group meets on HeyPeers the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Fridays of every month. It also meets in person the 2nd and 4th Fridays - ask the facilitators for more information or go to namimn.org/support.

NAMI Minnesota offers many support groups for adults living with mental illnesses and their families. Our free support groups are led by trained volunteers with lived experience. Support groups provide a welcoming, respectful, and safe space to build awareness and understanding while learning from and connecting with others.  The two main populations we serve are adults living with mental illnesses and adults with loved ones who are living with mental illnesses.
