Coloring for Adults

We welcome folks of all skill levels to this weekly Adult Coloring wellness activity for an hour of chatting and coloring in the company of peers with lived experience. Chatting and sharing are optional. Coloring can be a great way to slow-down, de-stress, express, process, and spark creativity. All forms of media for drawing, coloring, painting such as crayons, markers, pencils, etc. are welcome as well as digital apps and software. We have a starter list of some free online coloring resources, too.
