Peer Support - Iman and M

I have lived experience with childhood trauma stemming from multi generational domestic violence, to cultural, racial, and religious based abuse, and warfare. After many years trying a variety of therapy modalities, medications, and struggling to live, I have learned ways to heal and thrive. My life has changed from feeling hopeless and lost, to hopeful and full of purpose. I would love to share my recovery journey to support others in theirs.
