In Affirmation Wonderland, we gather to share, create, and embrace daily affirmations, much like the curious and daring characters from Wonderland who venture into the unknown with curiosity and courage. With a nod to the Cheshire Cat’s grin, the Mad Hatter’s tea party, and Alice’s journey, we infuse playfulness and magic into our path of personal empowerment. Key Features: • Weekly Affirmation Circles: Group members share their favorite affirmations and how they’ve impacted their personal growth. • Creative Affirmation Exercises: Write your own affirmations with a Wonderland twist, reflecting your unique journey. • Affirmation Tea Parties: In a whimsical setting, we host light-hearted sessions where we discuss positivity, inspired by the Mad Hatter’s famous gathering. • Grin Like the Cheshire Cat: Practice and share affirmations that help you smile and build confidence in any situation. • Reflect Through the Looking Glass: Explore affirmations of self-reflection to help you grow through challenges and triumphs. This support group is designed for anyone seeking a playful yet powerful way to integrate affirmations into their daily lives while embracing personal growth with the whimsical magic of Wonderland.

About the host
I understand that life can be incredibly challenging, and it’s okay to seek support. My journey has been filled with challenges, including being adopted, facing bullying, and dealing with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), alopecia, and infertility. These experiences have tested me but have also shaped who I am today, instilling in me a deep sense of empathy and a desire to support others. Completing a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) program provided me with the tools to manage my emotions and find hope. Now, I focus on providing peer support in areas like emotional regulation, self-confidence, and life transitions. I’m particularly passionate about creating unique programs that incorporate an Alice in Wonderland theme, helping people reflect on their journeys and personal growth. My goal is to be the kind of support I needed when I was struggling—to offer hope, guidance, empathy and understanding. I’d like to provide a safe and understanding space for you where you can explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. You don’t have to face your challenges alone; I’m here to walk alongside you.
Motivation for help
What motivates me to be a Peer Supporter is the understanding that I’ve been in dark places where hope felt out of reach. After facing my own struggles with suicidal thoughts, I found support that helped me reclaim my life, and now I want to offer that same support to others. I know how powerful it can be to have someone who truly listens, understands, and believes in your ability to heal. My goal is to be that compassionate guide for those who feel lost, offering hope and tools to move forward.
