Community Conversation: Co-existing with a Frightening World

Nowadays, feeling fearful and anxious to step outside your home is incredibly normal. With all that is going on in the world on a global level, a national level, a state level, personal level, cultural level, identity level, so many levels - is it any wonder so many feel isolated and alone? What if we gathered and TALKED about all of this? Comfort is found in community and for this hour we'll remind each other to have compassion for ourselves as we navigate a very messy, scary world. AND ALSO - there is enormous beauty to be experienced in very tiny, holdable moments. I'll share with you tips on sitting in the mess while also holding onto the momentous.
