At 39, I have navigated the depths of despair marked by suicide attempts and the challenges of living with Depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, and Anxiety. My journey toward recovery has been transformative, fueled by treatments like ketamine infusions and TMS therapy. These experiences ignited my passion for helping others, leading me to become an MHPS, where I share my story to inspire those facing similar struggles. Reconnecting with my family has been vital to my healing, and I cherish our time together cooking, playing video games, and creating art. Now married and accompanied by my supportive service dog, I embrace my unique version of "normal," filled with purpose, resilience, and a vibrant community that uplifts one another.
