About this meeting
🌅 Sunday Sunrise Bipolar Support 💙 Start your week surrounded by people who truly understand the everyday challenges of living with bipolar disorder. You don’t have to explain yourself, pretend you’re okay, or face things alone. Join us for an hour of connection, understanding, encouragement, and support in a safe and confidential space. Sometimes we may go a little longer, but the most important thing is that you will be heard, respected, and supported. 🤗 Whether you want to share your story, listen to others, or simply have a place to belong. Come as you are. There is no judgment, no pressure, and no need to have all the answers. You are welcome here, and you don’t have to walk this journey alone, you have a tribe! 💙 You can register at the bottom of my profile page for additional groups: https://www.heypeers.com/peer_supporters/39445 🌇 Sunday Sunset Bipolar Support — Tonight at 7 PM EST 🌟 Monday Motivation: All Mood Disorders — 7 PM EST 🌟 Thankful Thursday: Bipolar Support — Thursday at 6 PM EST ✨ Be sure to register early—these groups fill up quickly!

About the host
Struggling? I’ve been there! I am Lori and have lived with Bi-Polar II, anxiety and panic attacks, depression and PTSD from trauma and toxic relationships most of my adult life. I also have members of my inner circle that also live with various life challenges. I live on both sides of the mental health journey. I received my certification from UNC-Chapel Hill in Peer Support in 2014. However, I have been listening to others and sharing my own experiences most of my life. I have rebuilt my life several times and explored the question of “who am I” and “why am and I here” multiple times through life. I try to live by the motto of "Living Life Forward" I am also a certified wellness recovery action plan trainer certified by AHP, (Advocates for Human Potential). Formerly known as the Copeland Center. I offer one on one peer support as well. You can find more information and contact information under the Living Life Forward banner on this page.

I provide one-on-one peer support and coaching, offering a safe space to share experiences, build resilience, and work toward recovery goals.
