About this meeting
The Teen Narcolepsy Peer Support Group is a supportive, teen-only space for high school students (grades 9–12) living with Narcolepsy or Idiopathic Hypersomnia (IH). Participants can connect with peers who understand their experiences, share challenges and successes, build friendships, and feel less alone in navigating life. Facilitated by trained peer support leaders and individuals with lived experience, this group focuses on connection, encouragement, and community. To help create a safe and comfortable space for all participants, meetings are password protected. Before attending, both the teen participant and a parent or guardian will need to complete and sign participation waivers. An email address is required during registration so a team member from Wake Up Narcolepsy can send these forms directly to you. Please keep an eye on your inbox, as completed forms must be received before meeting access information can be shared. Questions? Please email Jenny Rose at jrose@wakeupnarcolepsy.org
