About this meeting
"When Someone You Love Struggles" is a weekly support group for friends and family members of those living with mental illness. As someone who grew up with an undiagnosed mother, survived a traumatic childhood, and now lives with bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression, I understand the toll mental illness takes on the people who love someone through it. This group is a safe space to share your experience, learn practical coping skills and strategies, and discover you're not alone in the hard moments. Together we'll talk about setting healthy boundaries, managing caregiver burnout, communicating through the chaos, and finding hope even when the road is long. You don't have to have all the answers. You just have to show up.
