Hi! I’m Amy Goyer, AARP’s national family and caregiving expert. I’ve been an advocate for family caregivers for more than 40 years, working in the field of aging and drawing from my own lifelong caregiving experience. I’ve cared for my grandparents, sister, and my parents who lived with me—Dad had Alzheimer’s and Mom had a stroke. I moderate AARP’s Family Caregiver Discussion Group on Facebook and am the author of "Juggling Life, Work and Caregiving". I look forward to supporting you on your caregiving journey.

Hi! I am Jane Lincoln, a caregiver of my grandmother, parents, aunt, and now my spouse. I've been a licensed clinical social worker for 36 years, working in many different medical settings: hospital, home care, home hospice, and geriatric care management. I also counsel people as a remote psychotherapist in a rural county in Oregon. I've been working with AARP on caregiving issues for 20 years. We are all in this together.
